That must have been a serious curb check to ripple back to your fender. Nevertheless, nothing that a little resin, sandpaper, paint and some elbow grease couldn't fix. I've seen worse on my old Maxima with a Kaminari fiberglass fascia and fixed it myself. Couldn't even tell. Remove the fascia yourself and try to repair it. If you can't you always take the fascia to the body shop. That way it will save you a little do from them having to it themselves...or worse...them spraying paint where they shouldn't be.
